We need a Parent Representative for each our teams in every age group. Parent Reps would need to act as an intermediary between coaches/ committee members and parents. This would help make communication within the club more fluid and efficient and help reduce the time needed to communicate with our members.

Who will I be responsible to?

The Club Committee

Ideally, you’ll need to be:

Easy to approach with good listening skills
Well organised
Confident and good at communicating
Enthusiastic and motivating
Able to attend a majority of fixtures

What you will do:

Act as an intermediary between coaches/ committee members
Pass on and ensure communication from the club reaches the parents/ players in your team.
Answer questions from parents/players and find out information if you are unsure.
Monitor team Whatsapp group.
Help volunteer Co ordinator arrange adhoc volunteers if needed.
Organise end of season day out for your team.

How much time will it take?

This role, in most cases, will take approximately 2 to 3 hours per week
